I think it would be interesting to see the same ideas and principles discussed in language that is more familiar to Westerners. I tried to read it 5 years ago and could barely get through the first few pages I remember thinking it was rubbish.
I don’t agree with everything in this book, but there is so much that I loved.

This is a new day where we get to be like our Creator, so we can recognize Him when He comes. It is beyond anything I ever thought I’d see in any one book. How can we create outpourings of joy and prosperity? The challenge now is to l WOW. God sent us this way, so don’t fight what you are. It really bothered me that she tutle that if we just can have positive attitude we will have no trials tuttlee problems in our lives and that we attract every bad rememberint that happens to us, that on some level we want to suffer and if we can just figure out why and then change that belief all the bad stuff will just disappear.

If one has enough breadth of understanding of these types of systems, religion and science, you can then translate what she is saying into some real usefu I really liked this book, but the system she has built is founded on a patchwork of theology, feel good techniques and pseudo science.

It really bothered me that she says that if we just can have positive attitude we will have no trials or problems in our lives and that we attract every bad thing that happens to us, that on some level we want to suffer and if we can just figure out why and then change that belief all the bad stuff w This is a book about energy and finding and using the energy of the universe to improve our lives.
Not only that but my subconscious spent the next 25 years looking for “proof” that this “belief” was “true”. About two years ago,long before I’d ever heard of Carol or energy profiling, or paid any attention to this type of healing, my husband was laid off and I had no idea what we were going to do, where we were going to end up I am trying to see life threw a whole new view and it is amazing and beautiful!

There were one or two things that I recall in which I’m not sure that I agree with Carol, but overall, some good basic concepts of letting go of negative energy and attracting good things into your life. I do think that God often doesn’t give us more because we don’t spend the time to organize our thoughts and ask for more or we don’t have the faith things can get better. I glanced threw it and read the highlighted parts a couple months ago and I wished I had just sat down and read it.

Healing our emotions no longer takes years of talk-therapy, but can be done almost instantly if you follow these principles. It was real and immediate. Its the impossible or maybe in her eyes, as yet proven foundations that are almost silly in their expression, but the application ignoring the foundational structure could be a great benefit to a lot of people, and I found myself choosing to ‘look on the bright side of life’ more often after reading it.
But I was reading Gerald Lund’s “Hearing the Voice of the Lord” and so much of what Carol says just doesn’t give the same feelings of truthfulness.
